I have gone to Dr. Grace for four cleanings now and think he is terrific! He has a great bedside manner, is engaging and efficient and, most importantly to me, explains the importance of taking care of one's teeth WITHOUT lecturing! I have already recommended him to three friends, all of whom have raved about him back to me, including one friend who moved across town and still comes over to my neck of the woods to see him.
Dr. Grace also does all the cleanings himself, he doesn't farm them out to hygienists, like a lot of other dentists, which I really appreciate.
The facilities aren't great - as someone else noted there isn't tons of privacy - but they are more than adequate and are way less important than finding a great dentist, you can trust.
About Hygienist: I don't know the hygienist's name, but it's always been the same woman and she is super nice and friendly, and really only does x-rays.

I like Dr. Grace, but I felt like he was trying to over-prescribe services to me. He told me I needed to get several fillings replaced when, after going for a second and third opinion, I found that it was not necessary. My other complaint is that he could be more gentle with his teeth cleanings. I had never had as much mouth pain from a cleaning before. In terms of service however, Dr. Grace and his staff do a great job. He is kind and patiently explains the procedures to his patients. His hygenists are very friendly. He isn't too expensive and his office very clearly explains what the covered and not-covered costs include. The place is clean and they are upgrading their dental equipment. Just ask him to be gentle and try to get a second opinion!

Very nice and friendly doc. Front office makes you feel comfortable and will work with you on billing issues. Often tough to get an appointment without a lot of lead time.

Very friendly. Nice decor, but one of the patient room lacks privacy (it's in corner, but people in waiting room can hear discussions). Procedure was a bit costly.

Dental cleaning is often rushed in 15 minutes. X-rays are taken often but results are not discussed with patients.
