I was a new patient, worst dental experience I've ever had. I scheduled a teeth cleaning, but once I got there, they said I had to schedule two more appointments to complete the cleaning. They kept trying to upsell me, even recommending a $30 mouth rinse after the teeth cleaning. I declined to pay $30, and they wouldn't even give me water to rinse with afterwards. They asked questions that were way too personal, and got fairly testy when I didn't agree to extra, expensive services.
The whole thing really went south when I tried to get my xrays to see another dentist. Apparently they do not have email or a website. They do have a website with an email address posted, but the secretary said they the site is under construction, and they do not have email, the email address is only for the dentist. What's the difference?
the cleaning was very uncomfortable, and when I expressed any discomfort, the dentist didn't try to do anything to alleviate it. Felt like he was being very careless.
The environment isn't good either. The whole mobile office runs on a generator, so it's loud, so they play music over the noise, which makes it even louder. There is no privacy, and the whole thing took forever because they kept making small talk.
About Hygienist: seemed like the hygenist was hitting on my the whole time. Very uncomfortable. Not a very good job cleaning either.

The mobile office is interesting, but effective. My wife has had significant oral surgeries at the office. Staff is very friendly and proficient. A special accolade for the receptionist who really works the insurance angle well.

The mobile trailer does not allow for any sort of privacy or feeling of comfort. Also I fel like these guys were trying to upsell me treatments and product I didn't really need. and they were slow to follow-up with me regarding some ?s I had about my bill. I do not recommend this guy.
About Hygienist: She was fine.

Overall, not a bad experience, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the entire office was trying to up-sell me. With only one hygienist and one dental assistant, you don't have much choice if you don't like the way one or the other works on you.

i think overall he's okay.. but a little too sales-y with respect to the toothbrush and/or mouth rinses/washes. i personally felt their tactic was to scare patients into doing the most expensive treatments rather than offering all the alternatives, pointing out pros/cons, and letting the patient decide...
