I liked the quick turn around getting a crown. Also, I liked the high tech equipment. I just wish they had a high tech billing system to replace that uncoopertative Office Manager.
Very poor customer service-constantly get the run around when trying to resolve billing issues. They over-priced the crown beyond the insurance contract amount and pass that on to the patient - very unethical in my mind.
Overall, I've been happy with the treatment. But before you pay anything check the breakdown of the work to be done and who is paying for what.
I don't think I'll be going back.

Sloppy work - had to go to another dentist to clean up some of his work. Clueless when it comes to pain - started drilling on a tooth without novacain and then fussed at me for jumping. Complained about my tongue being in the way and hurt my nose when he pulled it over to get into my mouth. He is very rough. Overall - don't go there - shop around.
