I noticed that they charge out X-rays on the date of service and also the day before...Red Flag

Very painful. I got a fitted for a crown and she hit a nerve. I went death for 30 days. I had to take 120 steriod pills and 3 shots in the ear drum to get my hearing back. I left with a temporary. I did not want her to touch me again and she did not want to give me my money back on a crown that was not even in my mouth yet. I had to sign something that I would not sue her to get my money back on a crown that the lab had not even made yet. He shots are very painful. She rushes her work, and is a bad experience overall.

Dr Banks does amazing work. She cares about me and my family very much. I have been a patient for more than 7 yrs and would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Banks has been our family dentist for 4-5 years. She is gentle and so sweet. We had a few complicated cases & she handled them with ease & thoroughness and made our trips to the dentist stress free. Her staff is equally as nice and professional. If anyone needs a great dentist, she is the one.

I had to have two crowns and Dr. Banks did a terrific job of making sure thta my bite was perfect. One of the crowns was my eye tooth and they matched the color perfectly. You can't even tell it is a crown. The dental hygienist is meticulous and the staff is friendly and professional. I have recommended two of my coworkers and they have very positive things to say about Dr. Banks as well.
About Hygienist: The dental hygienist was gentle and very thorough in her cleaning. Best my teeth have felt in a very long time!

a nightmare . i requested venneers and got crowns instead. my bite was off. called several times to see what could be done and was told repeatedly that she and her husband juan banks did a perfect job. after she was rude to me on the phone i gave up talking to her. they will quote one price and up it before you leave. they say the front desk made a mistake.
