Dr. Law is competent and kind as are his staff. The experience in his office is top notch. The whole staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and to ease any anxiety. The only drawback is that the front office staff is not so good at calculating insurance and ALWAYS under-estimates the patient's portion, so that I ALWAYS had to pay more than expected - an extra $45 or more EVERY time I went in. This extra amt. was not billed to me, but when I arrived for the next appt., they would say: "Oh by the way, you owe us another $45 for the last appt...." It made it very difficult to budget for and plan my dental care. It also kind of ruined the rest of the experience, because I was continually asked for more money than originally quoted. Seems like they could become more familiar with various insurance carriers. I have seen 4 different dentists in the Denver area, and never had this problem so consistently as at Dr. Law's office.
