He told me I was in great dental shape.After much pain and out of pocket charges I went to a specialist.I was informed that I had a massive infection in my tooth and I was going to need a root canal to remove all this dead tissue.This is not the first time he provide uneducated service.Last time I had pain he thought it was nothing.Turned out to be impacted wisdom teeth.He cannot read xrays.And He has no clue or concern for my dental health.I've posted this information every place possible.I also informed my insurance.I WILL CONTACT THE AMERICAN BOARD OF DENTISTS.Don't let this happen to you,SHAME ON YOU DANIEL COCKY.

Lack of communication with regards to billing. Costs are high for fillings.

Dr. Kottke was the only dentist in about 20yrs who could figure out the problem with TMJ and a painful tooth. He used special techniques to discover the pain was actually referred pain from another tooth which was also interfering with my left jaw. He fixed the problem and I have been fine since.
About Hygienist: I've had experience with a few hygienists and all are consistenly great!

Dr. Kotke is truely a gentle dentist, my husband who willingly admidts to being a registered 'chicken' in the dentist chair wil actually make his own appointments and drive himself. This speaks volumes.
About Hygienist: April is my hygienist and is exceptionally gentle and kind.

My entire family sees Dr Kotke. He is a gentle and caring person. He has a great sense of humor too. My daughter looks forward to her visits. I always recommend him to my friends.

I've been in twice for the same problem and my tooth still hurts. He was gentle, but I didn't feel like he was thorough.

Dr is very gentle. Beautiful office. My hygientist was very gentle as well. I am very fearful of dentist but this experience was the best I have ever had. They have TV's in every room, very helpful in keeping your mind on something else.

Dr. Kotke has the lightest dental touch I've ever experienced. My procedure required some local anesthesia, which usually comes with some pain and an occasional 'zinger' , when the needle hits a sensitive spot. I couldn't even feel the needle in my gum.
Dr. is polite and personable and doesn't seem rushed as most medical and dental providers are nowadays. He seemed genuinely concerned with my comfort. He also made sure I knew all the options available to me.
The front and back office staff are very professional and competent. I have not had any billing issues to date and all the procedures, so far, have been within my insurance plan's prescribed limits.
The office is very nicely appointed with cable TV monitors in every room so you can watch TV, if you want to. Very modern building with bright front office.
