I like Dr. Garcia and her staff. No one is distant and Dr. Garcia is especially free of airs: she has cleaned my teeth on several occasions! She has a light touch but gets the job done, which is important in a dentist. The office runs smoothly. Tracy, the receptionist is very nice and helpful.

Dr. Garcia has filled deep cavities for me and placed a crown. I am very nervous about novacaine shots and dental work in general, but she always manages to make it as painless as possible. She is pleasant and calm, and does not ask a lot of questions when you have three tools in your mouth and can't possibly answer. The facilities are pleasant and clean. I know they accept Blue Cross insurance, and they are good about billing and filing insurance reimbursement claims for you. They also are very good about sending e-mail AND phone reminders about appointments, which is a big plus for busy students. I would definitely recommend Dr. Garcia to others (and I have). She is a very skilled dentist and manages to make me feel like going to the dentist isn't the worst thing in the world (:
About Hygienist: All the hygienists that I have had here have been very nice, capable and thorough.

Dr. Garcia's office is clean and pleasant with plenty of reading material, and I never sit in the waiting room for a very long time even when the practice is busy. Then when I am in the actual dentist's chair I never feel as though I'm being rushed. The front desk is friendly and competent. Dr. Garcia herself is incredibly patient, gentle, calm and friendly. I left the practice because I was very disappointed in the quality of the crowns she did for me, which ended up being shaped very oddly and unnaturally. That being said, I never had trouble with routine cleanings. I also felt that her office's orthodontist was abrupt and impatient, so I changed practices. All in all if you have uncomplicated dental needs I would recommend this dentist.

I went to Dr. Garcia after not being able to see a dentist in 4 years. She was polite and subtle, telling me both the good things and the things I need to improve on in a gentle but parental way. She also referred me right away to a new oral surgeon to remove my painful wisdom teeth. Her staff was friendly and informative, and the practice was very clean and easy to find. I am very happy that I chose this practice and look forward to staying with her.

I selected Dr. Garcia as my dentist based on a review here and from a referral from a co-worker. Dr. Garcia is wonderful, and very competent, especially if you have any dentist phobias. I've seen her for a deep cleaning and to have a cracked tooth repaired. All services have been exemplary. The hygienist is great, the front desk staff is always friendly and professional, both via phone and in person. The cost of procedures is very reasonable.
