I went with my mom for an extraction of three upper, front teeth. It was the most horribly painful experience of her life! The anesthesia did not take in one tooth and despite my mom's screams of protest, he proceed to crush and dig her tooth out. She screamed, cried and we both told him to stop, he just completely ignored us! I was horrified, my mother was shaking, ready to pass out and in a tremendous amount of pain!!!! Mr. Chalk abused my 80 year old mother and I would never, every refer him to anyone!!!!

I have never had another dentist nor do i want want one. The entire atmosphere in Dr. Chalk's office is one of concern for the patient and making sure that they are taking care of the patient with the utmost regard for comfortable oral hygiene. I wish he was my age so I could have him be my dentist as long as I need. I dread the day I have to go find another dentist that can fill his and his staff's shoes.
About Hygienist: Alma is a great lady, been there as long as I can remember. One more reason why I would not go anywhere else

Fantastic Dentist! My family of seven has been going to his office for about eight years - no cavaties! We have had fantastic service. He never has pushed service on us or tried to sell us something we didn't need. I highly recommed his office. You will receive great service!!

All the staff, including the dentist, are very warm and friendly. The facilities are not of the ultra-high-tech, spa dentist variety, but everything was clean and working.

Disorganized billing, office staff spend more time chatting than doing work, dental procedures often result in persistent pain/ache/sensitivity and we are told this is normal.
