I have never waited more than five minutes past my appointment time. Hygienists are very professional and friendly. Dr. Grumke is knowledgeable, quick and thorough. Cost is very reasonable. Facilities are modest but attractive and accomodating. Technology is up to date. I rate this dentist an excellent value.

I went in and although the dental hygienist was very nice, the doctor himself was not at all. They were not very helpful, seemed to me like they did not like people in general because it was only the hygienist who worked on my teeth and then the doctor came in for 5 minutes to do a consult?!? Also they do not have private rooms -- its wide open, so you can hear the people next to you and when you walk in you see all the other patients !! When I said I could not afford to do all the work at one time he just dismissed me. Cost -- for college student - to high. Front desk people not very polite, BAD EXPERIENCE
