This review is specifically for Dr. LAO who is only at this clinic 2 times per month (but it is totally worth the wait!). The other dentist is Dr. Lu who is a woman. Make sure you specifically ask for Dr. LAO and double check with reception to be sure they won't just switch you to Dr. Lu in the event he isn't available. I have had 2 tooth abcesses as a result of Dr. Lu's services, and she also cracked one of my teeth while working on it-- lesson learned.
Dr. LAO is the best dentist I have ever met. Extremely gentle, quiet, patient and calm, he helped me feel comfortable during my panic attacks while having root canal work done. He is great at giving injections, literally no pain. I have had extensive work done with Dr. LAO, from root canals to extractions, he knows his stuff and does it right the first time! He is very relaxed yet confident and is reassuring if you have dental anxiety.

I thought this would be an easy thing to do, find a dentist and get work needed done-not here! They have created a financial nightmare for me because they improperly billed and overbilled my insurance, got money for an estimate, before work was approved or done-when the dental office did not correct this for 2 months I called ins. co and they got the money back-then they re-billed ins. again but for the more expensive portion of work they never did-and 2 years later took me to court to pay 'my half' for work they never did at all! I had already paid my half for the work they did do and ins pd for the more expensive-they were overpaid a few hundred dollars! Never seen a business as poorly run or ignorant as this dental office-truly awful! Do not take a chance here, in this economy this dentist tries to look as though they are giving you a good deal-but in the end may possibly cost you far more money-and their billing office does not understand any part of common sense. Do not recommend!
About Hygienist: Nicole and Andrew who did the actual work were great-the billing office is truly, truly awful. They seem to be playing some sort of scam with collecting too much money from insurance and customers

Free teeth whitening not really free. You have to schedule during certain times and reach a certain amount to get it. Deposits for making appointments!!!??? they offer Saturday but they make it impossible to get. they make you give credit card info before schedule

At Dr. Leung's office, there are many specials offered for new patients. As a new patient this year, I received a free teeth whitening kit that really worked. Not only was that great, but the staff was very welcoming and personable. My appointment was better than any others by far.

I really enjoyed coming to this office. Everyone was friendly including the doctor and staff. I was a new patient and I received $100 off my treatment. The office is also really high tech with a big plasma in the waiting room and I also watched a movie while they were working on me. I'm definitely going to come back.
