Dr. Bess is the best dentist experience I have ever had in my 51 years of existence, and that covers alot of dental work!!!! Not only have my experiences there over the past 5+ years been as painfree as possible and successful for my dental health; Dr. Bess also has the best personality and chairside manner of any doctor or dentist I can recall. He is extremely pleasant, always cheerful with a smile and a funny story and makes you completely at ease. I probably shouldn't refer to another review I saw on here for Dr. Bess, but since seeing it I am dumbfounded that it uses terms like rude, etc. In my wildest dreams I cannot even imagine Dr. Bess capable of being rude, or dismissive in any way. That does not fit with the personality I know. Could there be a child that was such a holy terror that he drove him to such an action?? I just don't believe that's possible.

Dr. Bess has been awesome to me and my family. He has great chair side manners. His prices are reasonable and his treatments are conservative. When we have dental work done I feel it's truly necessary and needed. I highly recommend him as well as his friendly staff for your dental needs.

About Front Desk: Michelle is so helpful and friendly at the friend desk. The dentist office is very professional and helpful.

About Hygienist: My cleanings have been gentle and quick. The hygienist do a great job cleaning my teeth, They always feel clean.

My family has been going to see Dr. Bess for the past 9 years. He is the best family dentist that we have ever had. My kids had always had trouble going to the dentist and they all really like him and they have never liked any of their past dentists before. Dr. Bess and his entire staff are always very friendly, helpful and take a personal interest every time I go in for an appointment. We feel very fortunate that we found him 9 years ago and will continue to go to him for all of our dental needs while we live here in Utah. I have since recommended him to friends that have had problems with their kids and dentists and they too liked him and he was able to put the kids at ease.

My previous dentist could not get me in for over a month when my bridge fell out. I called Dr Bess, and 2 hours later I was in his office getting it fixed. I have since taken my husband & children back to his office. Dr Bess is very kind and knowledgeable. I know if I have any problems, he will get me in and help fix it. I would highly recommend him.

About Front Desk: The front office staff is wonderful. They are very friendly - whether it be over the phone or in person. They always help me figure out what to expect time & money wise. I have never had a single problem with this office....they are awesome!

About Hygienist: The Hygienist in this office is great. They are great with my young children, and are very patient!

Dr Bess is an amazing dentist that offers great care. He is fun and friendly. He makes sure that you are comfortable and that there is no pain while he works on you. He offers only what he feels is needed. He would never over treat and charge you for something you wouldn't need. I would highly recommend anyone to come to Autumn Ridge Dental.

About Front Desk: Michelle is at the front desk and is so helpful. She is always willing to help and explain things to you. They work for you, not the insurance company so they really try to make sure that you are taken care of in the best way possible.

About Hygienist: Nicole is the hygienist. She is great. Very kind and gentle. She is friendly and always has a smile. She does a very great job at cleaning your teeth. Her assistant also makes sure that you are polished and flossed with care. They strive to make you comfortable and happy.

Worst dentist i have ever been to! I never write reviews but made sure i did on thie one. Go to anyone else. Very rude and impatient to my 8 year old son and now is will hate the dentist forever!

I really like Doctor Bess. He is really nice and has been a wonderful dentist. His office staff is wonderful and very kind. Any questions you've got they're willing to answer. Their facility is very comfortable and very clean. Dr Bess talks and remembers all of his patents. I would recommend Doctor Bess to anyone, I'm going to take my children to him when they're old enough.

Dr. Bess is one of the best. His techniques are excelent and he takes the time to explain to his patients the steps he is taking before actually doing the dental work. I highly recommend Dr. Bess. -Mike W.

Dr. Bess is a great dentist and does a great job with children. My son loves going there because he can watch cartoons while having his teeth cleaned. I've only had my teeth cleaned there, but have had excellent service!
