she is the best. the office is colorful & lovely. my son loves it. he looks forward for his next appointment with them ! they are helpful .you fill they are there for you . we love her & her staff & office & ..... I really recommend everybody to take their kids to her office.

She is a horrible pediatric dentist. I took my 4 year old there to get his cavities filled and it was the most painful, horrible experience ever. He thrashed and screamed in pain the entire time. She was in too much of a hurry and didn't seem to care at all about my sons comfort. She injected the novicain before the numbing gel was working and started filling the cavity before the novicain kicked in. When I asked her to stop because he was in so much pain her response was "no, I'm almost done." You don't tell a mommy 'No." I will never go back!!!!

R U D E Customer service. I was just trying to book an appointment today and the girl who was helping me was quite rude when discussing my account. I believe it's just a matter of some documentation that was not fulfilled for some insurance claims from Metlife. . She was very offensive and antagonistic!. Because of that, I am moving my four kids to another dentist!

Dr. Britto and her staff were amazing. They were kind and patient with my 3 1/2 year olds and explained everything to them. The exam was very thorough yet efficient. My boys actually went home excited, and talked about going back.

My kid saw Dr Britto a few times for cleaning, filling and crown. Her office looked decent for kids and most of the staff were nice, but I was turned off by signs that this office is motivited for profits above all else. Maybe all doctors are like that.

Dr Britto has been our denist for many years for our girls. She is very professional, and has a great way with children. We have been very pleased whith her.

The office staff is unorganized, inexperienced, and unprofessional. It is difficult to get an appt. let alone a return phone call. You spend most of your time speaking to an answering machine. I do not recommend this dentist.

Good dentist, child friendly. My only problem was that she does only composite filling for cavities and this can run up to a few hundreds if your insurance covers only amalgam or upto same value. It pinches your pocket to spend so much on milk tooth.
