Dr Richardson and his staff are the best around. They always welcome you with a smile and are always a pleasure to talk with. They are very accommodating when it comes to making appointments as they do have evening hours and understand you work as well. After any procedure I have always received a call the following day to make sure I am ok and I have never had that from any other dentist in my life. They are very prompt at keeping on schedule and I think in all the years I only had to wait once because of an emergency. They even stayed late one evening when we needed them for an emergency. This is a truly caring office and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff is always friendly and greets me by name. We laugh as they even know my voice on the phone now. They are a big help with insurance.
About Hygienist: Brandi is the best. We have fun. She is thorough and gentle and knowledgeable. She knew I had acid reflux before I did by looking at my teeth.

Cleaning and check up. I did not have much inner action with the dr on my last visit. However I have in the past had root canals,crowns, etc. and dr richardson is an outstanding dentist.

I called for an appt for cleaning and received none. After 1.5 hours of talking to me the dental hygenist told me she didn't have time for cleaning! The whole experience was disappointing and confusing to say the least. Never again!
