- I had a cracked rear molar that had been that way for at least 5 years. They convinced me that it absolutely must be fixed == an onlay (fancy X-shaped filling is the best way to describe it)
- After grinding my tooth down to a nub, I go home and within 2 days my entire jaw is throbbing and sore == seems that they damaged the nerve in the tooth and it is now dying. Please keep in mind here they were adament that it was not their fault...
- Dr. Suzuki convinces me that everything is as it should be and starts to install my new crown after trying to install the wrong (metal) one the week before. Guess what, it doesn't fit. Entirely too tall. I can not close my mouth because the back teeth are touching half way down. His obvious choice is to start grinding on my REAL teeth... HOLD ON DOC - fix the crown not my real teeth. After quite some time of grinding, shaving, etc on the crown he thinks he has it.
Within 4 months, the black metal is showing through the crown. I protested the payment with my insurance company but should have filed a complaint with BBB.
Please if you have skipped everything above, read this **** AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!
About Hygienist: The dentist did my teeth cleaning himself and I agree that it was the worst teeth cleaning I've ever experienced.
