Poor service, poor communication from Dr. Herrmann to staff and inconvenient scheduling. Nice to get you in the door and then your kid tells you that they complain about the parent behind there backs, very unprofessional.

Dr. Rick Herrmann's office refuses to work with your childs school or your personal schedule. They charge extra for more than 5 broken brackets. When you call to schedule an appointment for a broken bracket, you could have to wait up to a week to get into the office. If you go over their estimated length of time that they feel your braces should be on, they start charging you $150.00/mo. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, they will cancel your appointment and make you reschedule it. If you have to cancel an appointment and reschedule it, you usually have to wait at least a month for the rescheduled appointment. It has not been a pleasant experience and I don't recommend his office to anyone!
