The dentist screwed up my tooth. While he was filling two teeth he asked if I wanted him to fill a small cavity in the back on the bottom. Which was a molar which he didn't tell me. He started to fill it and I was in pain. He then stopped and told me I had to have a root canal with a crown or pull it. He told me the root canal with a crown is about 2500.00 I said I could not afford that. He told me he was sorry I was losing a tooth. I could not believe it. I never comlained to him about that tooth at all. He lied and said I complained about pain in that tooth. He also lied and now said it was a huge cavity. He said the xray showed that. I could care less what the xray showed , I know what he told me. He then refunded all my money to me. 3700.00 was refunded. He charged me 3000.00 for his gum disease program which did nothing to improve my gums. I think he sells the program to everybody. And after all this I had to go to the oral surgeon and have the tooth pulled. Now I have no tooth cuz of him and his negligence. Returning my money is one thing, having a tooth missing is devastating. I lost a tooth cuz of him. He told me it was not his fault I had a cavity. I would never trust him for anything.
About Hygienist: He is the hygenist. He will show you blown up pictures on a tv screen of your gums. It makes it look worse then they are. According to him my gums had boils and were in horrible shape. I went to a periodontist that disagreed entirely. He also told me going to a periodontist would cost me 8000.00 compared to his 3000.00 program. He lied. I paid a total of 1350.00 for the periodontal treatments.

Dr. Shefdore is great and very personable. He explains exactly what he is doing and how. He has a wonderful energy and coming across that he loves what he does. Giving people a smile is pricless and life changing. I would highly recommend him. :)
