Horrible!! Unprofessional, old, stuck in dentistry from earlier in the century.

I went to Dr. Fisher a couple of years ago, he retired though i have heard he is now practcing somewhere new? if anyone knows post the location. I miss him, he was so nice, friendly and put me at ease. I went to him because a previous dentist with a hot shot office told me I need 6 fillings in 6 cavities, Dr Fisher confirmed i do not need any at all.. This was also confirmed by my other dentist.. Sure the office was not modern but he was honest and really cared about his patients, very caring. Most dentists today are not like that and only care about making money and the niceness is so fake. Dr Fisher is genuine.

Awful, unprofessional, does horrible work, older and has not kept up with changing technology or research, should not be practicing dentistry.

The best thing I like about Dr. Fisher is that he makes me feel comfortable. He is a highly experienced dentist with a great personality who gets long with any patient. His office is quite flexible in taking appointments (they are open on Saturdays, too) and dealing with the insurance companies. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant man, if a bit too happy. But the facilties leave much to be desired, the office waiting room is cluttered, and the equipment/chairs look vintage Norman Rockwell. I feel that with my inexpensive insurance this is probably what I should expect from a Manhattan dentist (most of my hospital based dentists where i work don't even take insurance).

The office is very dirty not to mention Dr. Fisher's appearance. The whole time he referred to me as "baby" or "sweetheart" while making comments about my appearance, which was very degrading. The dental hygienist was less than satisfactory as my teeth did not feel much different after I left and there was water and fluoride all over my face. I ran out of there as soon as I could.

Dr Fisher is the best and most pleasant dentist I have ever been to.
Fast service, can take an emergency, need be, and always a smile.
Will process your insurance for you. Wants to be paid but is not a money hound.
Clearly wants you to leave his office happy.
I live in Brooklyn New York and I travel to go to Fred Fisher because he is the best.
Told others about him and found that he is great with kids also.
Most importantly he really does work with the patients that have dentist phobia.Where other dentists say they work with fearful patients Fred Fisher is the real deal.
I won't let anyone else touch my teeth unless it is one of the excellent specialists he refers folks to.
Fisher along with a specialist handled my implants. What a joy!If you are looking for a unique and pleasurable dental experience, Dr. Fisher is the man.

I left this dental office feeling Dirty. The place was grungy, old and disgusting. Employees yelling at eachother and swearing over the dental cubicles in several different languages. I was led to a chair in the back cubicle and a "dental hygenist" sat down next to my chair and without saying a word tried to stick this electronic tool in my mouth that sounded like a drill. When I pulled away and questioned what it was she said, "What? Do you not want your teeth cleaned??" Then another "dental hygenist" came over and tried to just stick filling in broken tooth without even LOOKING at the huge cavity that needed to be cleaned out. Shame on me for not getting up and running out - because when I questioned what in the hell she was doing the actual dentist came over. He stood over me SPITTING all over my face, swearing and yelling at people over the cubicle walls and taking TELEPHONE CALLS WHILE HE WAS WORKING IN MY MOUTH - literally holding the phone with his shoulder, yapping to a family member or a friend.
The filling they put in fell out 2 weeks later, and I've been experiencing excruciating pain while I take an extra long time to find a decent place after that nightmare.

Very busy office, treats up to 4 patients at once. Will charge discounted insurance prices, even if you don't have coverage, decent value for the money, don't expect a lot of time or white glove treatment.
