At first I thought we were in the right place but discovered that the entire business is unethical and unprofessional. Our first visits were great reason why we wanted to continue but the minute they offered invisignlign and asked for us to apply it all went down hill. The front desk woman is very rude and talks down to customers and to other employees. We asked for them to help us in good faith to reconcile a payment plan and never returned our phone calls, emails or requests to speak to Dr. Dr. Leflore made us believe that he would be there to help but instead delegated his dirty work to others that were incompetent. Overall we had to hire a lawyer to contact Care Crédit and their dentistry to resolve. It's still in dispute and reflecting negative on our accounts because of the lack of communication. Someone wrote a letter to Care Crédit that we have never even spoke to with false accusations causing more issues. I can't believe this happened! Don't get any installment plans or get a credit card thru them. They are only out for money and when issues arise they will not resolve without you paying the penalty. Don't believe me..I'll prove it to you.
About Front Desk: Worse Staff ever. Husband heard front clerk talk down to a new employee and spoke to us personally as if we were nothing. Two face all the way. I only gave one star because I couldn't reflect zero. Stay away

I used a discount dental plan; chewed hole in my NEW crown in less than 3 months. He re-did the crown, claiming mfg problems. Same thing happened. . His assistant also chipped one of my crowns when she slammed into it with a metal device. She didn't protect my teeth as needed. Enough already.

Dr. Leflore has a good repore with the customers however the quality of the hygienists work and dental work was not good. My husband and I both had more problems with our teeth after he did the work than before. Specifically our crowns either came off or resulted in permanently damaged gums.

Dr. Rick came to my rescue in an emergency situation. At the time he was operating out of another dentist's office due to renovation of his office. Dr. Rick is very personable, gentle, attentive and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a new dentist. He means it when he says he tend to emergency needs. Dr. Rick, you're one of the best!

Dr. LeFlore removed a wisdom tooth without recommending an oral surgeon. The procedure was out of control. It was one wisdom tooth & took nearly 2 hrs to remove. Dr. LeFlore said there may be a small piece remaining. It took 3 months for feeling to return in my chin. I fcontinued to have headaches and mouthaches so I went back to Dr. LeFlore and he then scheduled me to come back so he could go back in and remove the piece left behind. I had also scheduled to see an oral surgeon and in that time found out that Dr. LeFlore had left all four roots. Now that was more than a piece.
I also had a bridge put in by Dr. LefFore and it is not fitted correctly for my mouth.
There is a friend that had recommended Dr. Leflore years ago and now is seeing another dentist that has been trying to correct some of the work Dr. LeFlore did for her.
