He is very knowledgeable. He is a one of the greats. I would recommend him to others. He uses no metal for fillings.

Dr. Joel Sanders is a very friendly and easy-going dentist. He makes you feel relaxed and jokes around with you. I've had a pleasant experience with him overall and would recommend him to my friends. The only downsides were the costs - he's not apart of a network, making the out-of-pocket expense quite high. Also, because he seems to have a busy schedule, I didn't feel like he was so concerned about getting me in for appointments to treat my cavities with old fillings and as a result (since I didn't know the urgency) I've had 3 teeth that have needed root canals. I'm a little disappointed that he wasn't so careful about helping prevent that. But.. I think overall he's a good dentist that does "good" work. Also, if you're into the holistic dentistry scene, he's a good one to go to. He's very careful about the procedure in removing amalgam fillings.
