Been going here for nearly 7 years. My kids have been going for 11 years and I trust Dr. Saltzman implicitly. Cleanings and check-ups were handled professionally and thoroughly. All my questions are answered thoughtfullly and my 4 nvisiline veneers were done with excellent care and at a very fair price! There was a slight defect with one of the veneers and he replaced it at no cost. Great doctor and great people that help run the practicet!!

I was a patient for many years and overall was very pleased. Soothing facilities and atmosphere, very nice front desk, will grant leeway with billing, excellent assistants. The Dr. himself is very nice and cool. He plays classic rock in the office and will answer all your questions - nice, fun man. He does a thorough job and takes all the precautions with x-rays etc. Very good with children and at working in small mouths on sensitive teeth. Did have one problem though. While usually the hygienists are excellent, once I went in and she breezed through my mouth not even flossing under my lower bridge. I complained and recieved a lot of flack from the front desk as well as from the Dr. They did not handle my complaint very well and only reluctantly rescheduled an appointment to do it right - blaming me for not flossing enough (which is true but besides the point - they are in the customer service business and should break their backs if need be to please the customer). Anyway, the situation was resolved and I continued to use the Dr. because, all in all, he is very good at what he does and only problem in 20 years is to be expected. I reccommend the Dr. but don't complain if you don't get what you came for!
