Lora is a very nice woman. She's always been compassionate of discomfort I'm feeling. The office as a whole always seems to have miscommunications with my insurance company (so I get a lot of copies of letters back and forth), but they always seem to resolve it amongst themselves. One time I had a filling crack within a year of putting it in, Lora offered to redo the whole thing herself (without an assistant/hygienist) and for free too. Also, I was having ear and jaw pains, which were being ignored by my primary doctor and ENT - I told Lora she was my last hope...she finally got me to the right doctor who is finally treating the pain.
About Hygienist: Mark - He's excellent at cleaning teeth, but a little overly social. When I have Mark, my teeth are much cleaner than with anyone else, anywhere else I've ever been. He's very good at making the visit nearly painless too. But, he spends a lot of time asking you personal questions.

Extremely expensive and treatment did not work. receptionist was rude and doctor is very greedy for money. even after having a root canal done i called back within the first week of treatment she refused to look and asked for more money for a root canal that had been paid in full. never go to her. i wonder if she is capable of doing her job or not. not a good doctor. poor customer care when she receives her money. i went to another dentist to learn that her root canal had failed and has to be done all over again.

These dentists are expert at making you feel at ease. They provide nitros oxide, which was important to me. They also participate in dental discount plans. They are also extremely attractive.
