I got an infection with my dental implant. I went to another place and everything went fine.

Dr. Engel is a good dentist. His staff tried to cheat our family out of money.

Went to see Dr. Engel. Got the bill in the mail. Called and talked with Val, I paid with my Visa credit card over the phone. Val says she'll mail the receipt via the regular mail. I got my Visa credit card statement. Dr. Engel got his money. A month later I get a nasty gram my account is being placed with Transworld Systems, Inc. a licensed collection agency. Wrong answer! I never got the receipt from Val. I called back never received an apology. What a bunch of unprofessional clowns! I recommend you go elsewhere.

Dr.Engel did an outstanding job with the removal of each of my solidly rooted wisdom teeth. Procedure was quick and painless!!

no pain felt that my service was wonderful the staff and Dr E Engel did a wonderful job and my daughter was in for her wisdom teeth she had a wonderful recovery

Dr. Engle pulled two teeth for me including one wisdom tooth. According to the dentist I saw before him the extractions were very hard because my roots had a curve to them. To my surprise I had very little to no pain after the surgery. I would strongly recommend him as a oral surgeon.

Last year, I came across a purple spot on my lower gingiva. As a dental hygienist, I was aware that this was not normal and because it appeared rapidly, I knew to be concerned. I initially contacted the oral surgeon who had previoulsy removed my sons wisdom teeth and was told they could see me in two weeks!!! My anxiety level was so high, there was no way I could wait that long. I did a brief internet search and came across Dr Engel. To make a long story short, within 3 hours, I was in their office for a "look see". The doctor recommended a biopsy for definitive diagnosis. To my delight, they moved me into another room and in a half hour, I was out the door, biopsy complete. I was told the biopsy results would take about a week. Just shy of a week, I called and was told they had not received them yet but would call me asap when they arrived. Not 15 minutes later, they called and said a fax had just come thorough and could I come in?
I went in, had a visit with Dr Engel and was told the results were normal...likely trauma induced. What a relief. Basically, my entire experience was over before I could even get into the other oral surgeon. As a patient this time, rather than a care provider, I truly appreciated it!!!!

For the 2nd time I am beyond impressed with the service, facility and staff here. Dr Engel and staff are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They turned a painful situation into a great experience. I could not be more pleased.
