My family went to Dr Dimling for a routine cleaning. We were able to get appointments for all three of us very quickly. The office staff was informative, helpful and very nice. My son had to return for a filling and I had to return for a crown. I was happy with the work perfomed and felt no pain. My son did have to go back to have the filling Dr Dimling put in replaced, as part of it fell out a day later. Dr Dimling is personable, but opinionated, and is not afraid to voice his opinion. I did not mind this, but it may make others uncomfortable. The office staff had a little difficulty filing my claim, but it all worked out in the end.
About Hygienist: Hygenists at this office are excellent. They are very pleasant very gentle and thorough.

Dr. Dimling is honest and does not over charge. He is cautious with recommendations for expensive dental work, and has a very nice personality. His staff is fantastic. Great marks for this office!
About Hygienist: Wonderful! Lina and others listen to me and do a wonderful and thorough job. I love this staff!

He is not very patient when he was treating me.
He did two of my crowns, one in the back, one in the front. and the one in the back did not fit very well after he installed it. The crown even showed a black line around the gum line.
The filling that he put into my back teeth caused me toothache. I could not even drink room temperature water after the filling because it is so sensitive. When I complaint about the pain, he just took another x-ray, and told me there is another cavity and he had to do more filling. But the pain never went away after the second filling.
His cost is decent, and he is in the Metlife network, so, I did not have to pay much out of pocket. His staff is also helpful. But the doctor himself is a disapointment.

After my health plan changed I had to find a new dentist, not very easy to find a great doctor! I found a couple in my health network plan, it seemed they all tried to hit me up for as much money as possible!!! Meaning treatments that I did not need. I was told that I needed a root canal, they are the pros so I listen, but the customer service was nothing to brag about so I started to look around again. I found Dr. Dimling! He saved my tooth with NO root canal and got it all done within a good time frame without dragging it out. This man knows what he is doing. Even the novocaine shots do not hurt! He pulled a wisdom tooth with only using novocaine. He only does work that you need, he is not hurting for business! Very laid back guy with great staff!!! They accept AFHS, google it....it will save you money without health insurance companies taking you to the bank! This is the best of all PRO's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One dentist told me that I need a route canal, Dr.Dimling disagreed. He saved my tooth and it was pain free!! He even extracted a very rear tooth for me without any hardcore meds, I did not feel any pain and was not out the whole day!!!!!!

Very poor bedside mannor. I have never been treated so badly by a dentist! He was extremely rude and showed irritation, even sighing when I asked for explanation or justification for procedures. He was very impatient with me during procedures scolding me that I was making it hard on him by not opening my mouth wide enough. His staff kept giving him warning looks and even gave him cues to "be nice". Very bad experience! All dental experiences after this have been a dream!! In his defense, I felt he was a very competent dentist
