BEWARE OF DR.MORALES!!!!! I am a retired California Superior Court Judge. I was a judge in northern Ca. for 26 years, Over the last 35 years I have had 2 dentists. Both were rated as the best of dentists in northern Ca. When I retired and moved back to Texas I sought a new dentist. I chose Morales because he had over 20 years experience and was located close to my home. Be careful, he solicits with an impressive mailer. To make a long nightmarish story short; he is incompetent, greedy and a liar. He charged me over $5,000 and destroyed my teeth. Like another review I read about Morales, he did a whole bunch of unnecessary work. In 40 years of receiving dental work I have never felt the kind of pain that Morales inflicted on me. He stated that I needed two root canals. Previously, I had never had a root canal performed on me and I was 62 years old. I asked him which endodontist he recommended to perform the root canals. Here is where his greed took over. He said the procedures were simple and he could perform them. I told him I would prefer a specialist performing the work. He told me to trust him. Against my better judgement, I told him to proceed. He ended up drilling through one of my teeth into my bone. After hours of attempting

About Hygienist: to complete the procedure and me enduring immeasurable pain he admitted he was unable to do the work. He indicated it was probably better to stop because I had run out of insurance for the year. He never admitted his malpractice. I went to another dentist, in disbelief, she said that Morales had destroyed the tooth and drilled into the bone. She took a Cat-Scan and sent me to a specialist. She asked me if Morales had done a Cat-Scan. When I indicated he hadn't she couldn't believe it. She said he couldn't perform the work because I had very thin roots and they were hidden behind each other. I went to see the specialist and she was shocked when she reviewed the scan. She confirmed the last dentist's diagnosis. She said the tooth was destroyed. She said I needed a transplant and quickly. I told her that I advised Morales that I had previously had a coronary stent placed in a narrowing coronary artery and did not want to risk a heart infection which could kill me. He said that would be no problem. The specialist indicated she had the same fear. I returned to see Morales with a copy of the scan. I took a witness. I confronted him with the scan. He took it and we went into the front reception area of his office. He took the scan and put the disc in a computer. He sat there looking at the scan for at least 15 minutes. When I asked him to explain, he immediately said he wasn't at fault. I told him I needed for him to pay for an implant. He said he would not, but said he would pay for a bridge. I told him he had destroyed my tooth and a bridge would be unsatisfactory. He them demanded that I leave his office. I left and to this day he has refused to pay for the implant and even refused to return the $600.00 he was paid to destroy my tooth and endanger my health. The pain continued,

He re-did three of my back fillings which I later found out did not really need to be replaced. He ended up cracking a tooth and changing the way my teeth fit togethor. Today, my once confortable mouth is always in pain and discomfort. Dr. Felipe Morales changed my life for the worst. I'm still trying to have what he did corrected...over four months later.

I would agree with the other review to be true. I waited 45 minutes before being seen, the dentist wasn't even at the office. I too have been in pain since the dental work for a month now. Dr Morales does jump from one patient to another without explaining what he is doing. I must say he does excellent cosmetic dentistry. Overall I think he is a good dentist.

I have been in pain since I started my "treatment plan." At first I was willing to be patient and give them a chance, as the front desk clerk was very kind. The dentist jumps from patient to patient and rarely explains what he is doing. You are left waiting for a lot longer then you would if he were to limit himself to one patient at a time. I have also waited for at least 1/2 hour after my appointment time to see him. I am sure that he is a fine dentist as far as his dental work goes, however, the experience is stressfull and aggrivating. I will not be going back!
