**Warning stay away from this office**. I was a new patient and was quoted $50.00 for my initial exam and even brought in a business card that was given to me from their office that states (Bring this card for a $50.00 exam and necessary x-rays - up to 192.00 savings). After the exam, they billed my insurance carrier over $160.00. When i spoke with the office manager she stated since I have insurance they could bill me the full cost of the exam. I advised the office manager that I was quoted $50.00 for the first exam by the office staff which is the reason I set the appointment in the first place. Apparently, they have two different price plans. One is for insured patients and the other for uninsured patients. The office manager refused to reverse the insurance cost and stated that I should take this up with my insurance carrier. It's gets better! To this date, i have yet to receive a treatment plan from Dr. Rippe even after speaking with his office manager. Office Manager is very rude and office staff is deceitful and gives false statements to patients. I would definitely

Have followed Dr. Rippe through his entire professional progression. I now bring my kids 360 miles to have their work done by Dr. Rippe, they hate every other Dentist I've ever taken them to.

Great Guy, and Great Dentist, didn't feel worried abut my teeth in his care at all, and felt great after a sucessful check-up
