Dr. David Blackwell is an excellent orthodontist. When ever I walk into his office he makes me laugh.
There was absolutly no pain what so ever and the cost was great for the treatment i got from him and his great receptionist. The best thing about his office is that he does his own work. No Hygienists are hierd, so you never have to worry about who may helping you today because its always the same great Dr. Blackwell. Another great thing about Dr. Blackwell is he knows all his pations by name. This gives you a great feeling. He has been practicing here in mansfield for amlost 20 years he loves his work and loves makeing you smile.

I had full braces, upper and lower. Dr. Blackwell completely explained the process of braces. He patiently answered any question I had. He was able to close 4 gaps. 1 on each side, upper and lower in molar area of a 50+ year old male. Absolutely outstanding Orthodontist who possesses excellent chair-side manners, providing outstanding patient care and response. His front desk is above average.
Years later I am still very, very happy with his work.

DR. BLACKWELL IS ONE OF THE FEW ORTHODONTISTS WHO DOES ALL THE TREATMENT HIMSELF.
HE COMPLETED TREATEMENT ON MY CHILDREN A FEW YEARS AGO AND NOW THEY HAVE HOLLYWOOD SMILES!
