last month(january 2014), I had a tooth filled and a crown put on one of my teeth - during the filling of my tooth i received little, little, little pain medication. the hygenisth would blow air in my OPEN Cavity and the dentist would drill - they seemed to be taking turns - i could feel every bit of it.. when i indicated that i was in pain(i slapped his hand away at one point), he would just say "just a little more". i left his office in tears.. i still cannot eat anything cruncy or hard on that side of my mouth.
i now have to find another dentist to hopefully undo what this dentist has done.

About Hygienist: the hygenist was very insentitive - it may have been because she could not afford to be sensitive.

Dr. Allen did excellent work. Was very gentle and I experienced no pain when I went in for my fillings. I would recommend him to my friends and have done so several times already.

Customer Service at the front desk is lacking.
Dr. Allen was much better before he opened a second office and now it seems he is too busy to spend time discussing treatment with patients.
However, he is gently dental provider and the Dental Hygenist in his office are top of the line.
