Dr. Yamashiro is excellent. Very professional. His office is peaceful and staff is extremely polite and attentive. He has been treating my enitre family for years. He did my mom's crown and it's still in perfect condition years later - perfect fit! He also pulled teeth for both my daughter and husband - easy, painlesss. Ethical. Kind. Great dentist, We trust him.

I would not recommend Yamashiro DDS at all. He does not explain the cost to you. You will be surprised after your visit to Yamashiro DDS by receiving HUGE ($1,000!!!) bill from his office. Without consulting me, he procees and file to insurance company. I had to pay $1,000 out of pocket. We could easily work with my insurance plan and spread the cost with my insurance in each year, but instead he decided to earn money all at once. Another surprise I had received 16 months after he "supposedly fixed" my teeth. Two filling came out and I learned now that one of the tooth had to be pulled out and other needs root canal. Yamashiro DDS didn't fix my teeth at all. Just made it look like he fixed them and charged me. My insurance will pay $1,000- and I needed to pay him $1,000. Total of $2,000-, he had stolen from me. I will never go back to Jefferey Yamashiro DDS.

I haven't visited a dental office in years because I have fear of drilling, injections, and everything about the dentist. The receptionist made me feel at ease, assured me he was gentle and I had nothing to worry about. I had an exam, had a root canal and a crown. He is very gentle and thorough explaining the process and the treatment plan. The cost and fees were clear and there were no surprises when my bill came. The office is friendly and there's no wait. I am very happy with Dr. Yamashiro's office and have been recommending him to my co-workers and friends.

Very skilled and attentive to patient's needs. I was given an unexpected follow up phone call from the Dr. to see how I was recovering from minor surgery. The Dr. also has modern equipment and kept me abreast of every step he had to take along the way.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist was very attentive in serving me making sure I was comfortable.

Dr. Yamashiro is our family dentist.Our appointments are always on time, he's caring, friendly and very understanding.He has a familyn room that my kids enjoy very much every time we go.He's just great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yamashiro for a little over five years now and have referred all of my coworkers. He is very gentle, thorough, friendly, and fair. A coworker who is deathly afraid of dentists and hasn't gone for over ten years recommends Dr. Yamashiro to her friends now because of her pleasant experience at his office. I would highly recommend Dr. Yamashiro to any patient who is looking for an honest and sincere doctor.

He's great. Very easy, very gentle, and I've never had to pay out of pocket where wiht my other dentist I did every single time, no matter what they promised. Best dentist I've had.

Best dentist I've ever gone to. He's very thorough in explaining what he's doing and why. Tells patient step-by-step what he's doing while patient is on the chair. Staff is very friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yamashiro for nearly 5 years now. I still visit him for dental care even though I have move more than 50 miles away from the office. Too bad he would not consider moving his office.

Very nice service. Nurses are all Japanese, but can speak English, doctor is English speaking. Very kind and explain well.
