While Dr. Fleiner is a nice guy, I cannot recommend his practice. He's got all the bells and whistles and latest machinery, but that also means he's got to find a way to pay for it. That means his office dupes patients into UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES.
Two examples: first, his office recommended I replace my perfectly good silver fillings with new clear fillings. Well, now that I have a new dentist, I've learned my old silver fillings are better and last longer than the clear ones. I did not need to replace my fillings. second, his hygienist recommended a full deep scaling -- even though I brush and floss daily. I got a second opinion from a great dentist who told me I didn't need any such thing.
If you're a patient here and Dr. Fleiner or his hygienist recommends a procedure -- don't take their word for it. Get a 2nd opinion.
About Hygienist: Dr. Fleiner once had a great hygienist-- I think her name was Rosie. She was thorough, pleasant, and experienced. But she retired and the current hygienist is some impatient young girl who rushed through the cleaning and break-neck speed and finished up by telling me I had the early stages of periodontal disease. I got a second opinion. It's been two years, and I'm just fine.

I go to Dr. Fleiner for checkups and cleanings mostly. He also did a TMJ bridge for me. He is very very nice and explains everything patiently. Also the hygienist, Rosalyn, is terrific. She had to give me lots of shots and I barely felt them. I highly recommend this dental office. :o)
p.s. They take Aetna insurance if you have that... previous dentists on my plan really sucked (excuse the language but it's true). I was so happy to find Dr. Fleiner and I plan on going to him for many years to come!
About Hygienist: Rosalyn is an excellent hygienist. Very kind and patient, gives mostly painless shots, and very thorough with cleaning. She is better than the other hygienist so I would definitely ask for her.

I have Dr. Fleiner's number in my cell phone. My family and everyone I can recommend all go to him. He is the BEST! So kind and professional....extremely knowledgable.

What can I say.. Dr Fleiner is very good at what he does. He is able to pin point any problems you might have with your oral health and be able to correct it. He has a good eye for detail so when it come to having any kind of veneers work done on your teeth he the man to go to ! He is the best I think in the L.. A. area. He is a very kind person and has the patient of a saint !!
I have had work done by him from the past 25 years and never had anything ever go wrong with the work. Also when ever I am in the L. A. area I stop at his office and have my teeth check to make sure everything is ok. I never had any discomfort in my mouth while he worked on my teeth. He has the best practice in town. Also did I mention that he is a fantastic photographer. His office has many of beautiful photos from all over the world.
Keep up the great work Dr. Fleiner !!!
