This is one of the closest dentist office from Caltech. There are several dentists working in there. Two are very caring, professional and competent, while the other one did not receive favorable reviews. Amongst the dental hygienists, one is very bad and one very good. If you have a bad experience, ask for some other dentist or hygienist for your next visit. Cleaning appointments need to be made 1.5 to 2 months in advance. For emergency toothaches etc. they are nice and accommodate patients on a standby basis. But be prepared to wait. Even with an appointment, you still often wait for at least 45 min. to an hour!
