Not happy with the overall work done on my teeth, especially the crowns. After multiple office visits no one in the office offered a cleaning, when I asked about it their response was "Oh you haven't had one yet?"

Dr. Tingilian is an extremely gifted dentist. I have been very happy with every dental visit I have had. In addition, he is a very respectful and caring person. He makes the dental visits very comfortable for his patients. Overall, he is a very competent dentist and provides outstanding dental care. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Tingilian is very professional and friendly. He takes time to explain the procedure he is going to perform and makes sure you are very comfortable and pain free during the whole thing. He also has a great sense of humor, which helps reduce "dentist-related" stress. I definitely recommend him.

I visited Dr. Tingilian in the Smilecare office on Verdugo in Glendale. He extracted 4 teeth for me for braces. The actual procedure was painless, and the Doctor was very helpful and careful when it came to doing the extractions.
The real problem, however, is the office staff at this location. I needed to have my teeth cleaned, and because I have braces, my cleaning had to be on the same day as my ortho appointment. I made an appointment that worked well for both dental and ortho.
That day, I arrived at the office, had my x-rays taken, and was led to the dental chair. 30 minutes later, the dentist came by, looked at my teeth, told me I had no cavities, and then left me in the chair. Another 15 minutes later, the office coordinator came and told me that I had to come to the front to make my appointment for my cleaning because the doctor was too busy to do it on that day. What?? Of course I was upset, but I scheduled an apppointment for another day (same as ortho appt. again).
The next appointment date came, and when I went to the office, the dentist wasn't even there! I couldn't believe it and have since switched my dentist. Dr. Tinglian was great, but Smilecare is awful!

Dr Tingilian is a very nice, professional and a really good dentist. He made the process of visiting the dentist easy and comfortable. He sincerely cares about his patients and he is amazing at what he does. -- satisfied patient
