He refused to replace a crown that he put in that was causing me so much pain that I knew something was wrong. It had abscessed. Don't let the friendly smile fool you like it fooled me. I think he's a lazy and incompetent asshole.

i was a patient of this dental office for over 10 years during which time i received 2 bridges 3 crowns and many root canals. i was there every 3 months for cleaning. it really saddens me that after all this time of being a patient, this dental office rather than call me and try to work something out with me turned me over to collections for 213.50 even though i was there every 3 months.the billing collector in southeast denver dental is connie more on her later... anyway rather than treat me like a valued patient they turned me over to collections and gave the collection agency an old phone number for me that i havent had in 3 years - and incidently Dr Welch's staff never use to remind me of appointments, and an incomplete address . granted i did get bills from Southeast Denver Dental but since i both work and go to school full time i admit i didn't open them because like most people, i live paycheck to paycheck and am paying tuition out of my pocket to make a long story short now the less than 90 day old balance of $213.50 is now a court summons and now totals $1,163.70 plus court costs. This is unbelievable that Dr Welch and his staff treat long term patients as just a paycheck.

I have been taking my wife(ex) and 3 children for years, the office staff is great and so is Dr. Welch.
They have worked with me as I have had some very heafty bills....I would reccomend to anyone .
