I'm currently dentist shopping and I'm reminded of why I hate going to the dentist....Dr. Matsumoto is the reason. I was his patient for many years until one day I asked too many questions about my treatment. Big mistake. He got so angry with me that when I came back to complete the procedure, he came into the room, ripped off my bib, and refused to treat me....all because I had questions. When it comes to your health, understanding procedures, and cost; you should be able to ask as many questions as you want. I was humiliated, everybody in the office heard him, and even now, 8 years later, it still angers me.
About Hygienist: His hygienist has always been amazing. She even called me personally to apologize for his behavior after I left.
