Average wait in Pediatric Department is around 1 hour (last visit we waited almost 2) to see the dentist. For small children, they don't offer sedation before dental work. Child is strapped down and held still. Staff is friendly, facility is nice. We are changing to a new dentist closer to home, with a shorter wait time, and an office that practices more humane methods when working on small children (under 6 years old). Would not recommend

I started going to Dr. Schnierow when I got dental insurance from my job. That was 12 years ago. I have been going ever since. The one thing I have noticed about his office is that the employees do not leave. I stumbled upon the office going down Hawthorne Blvd. There are several dental offices, but the corner of 135th & Hawthorne shined bright as it does years later as he has acquired the corner by expanding the children's dental and orthodontics. I had the pleasure of meeting the man himself one day and his concern was for the patient and their care. I was a orthodontic patient at the time and he went onto tell me how their grade for correction has been in the 95% consistently.
I like the office and the disposition of the employees. They make it a point to greet the patients by name and to be personable. I have reccommended this office several times and they do have a waiting list.

As a kid my parents took me to Dr. Schnierow, and now that I have kids of my own I'm taking them as well. I guess that tells you what I think of this outsanding practice.
About Hygienist: Execellent care! They are very good at dealing with both by kids (one who tends to be a scared at the dentist)

I have never had a bad experience with this office, all the employees are very pleasant and the dentists are # 1. Great experiences everytime.
