dr carr and his staff are great, can't recommend them enough. i feel that dr carr is an amazing dentist and his bedside manor is second to none. I would love to say he takes the pain out of it all but in the end it is still dentistry. i will say that his procedures and techniques have lead to less pain afterwards, shorter recoveries and down time compared to previous experiences with other dentists. I have had many different procedures but most notebly extractions and root canals that have been as enjoyable as can be. have never had to return because of a bad procedure.
About Front Desk: office staff is easy to deal with (even in emergencies when you are in a lot of pain with no appointment ). their pricing schedule is very reasonable and works seamlessly with my insurance carrier (delta dental). they are professional, courteous and eager to help

Dr. Carr is great - very thorough, but reasonable too in what he recommends. Great offices and staff - a relaxing dentist to go to!

Very dissapointed in customer service. I called the office on Friday stating I had a very short time in the US and wanted a cleaning. The answering service booked me for 12:00 noon Monday--great service and I planned my day and week around this. I was contacted Monday morning by the office saying that they did NOT in fact have a available appointment for a cleaning at that time and could not see me until Thursday--not posssible for me (as I told the person who originally took the call). I then asked for a referral for a dentist who could see me on short notice and was told to "look in the phone book" POOR SERVICE for a prior customer in the US only for a few days. :-(
