I was impressed by the interior and friendly dental assistance of Mr. Bordas. The blond haired receptionist however, never understood the questions I was asking her. She pounded me for insurance information, and when I gave it to her, she still billed me and threatened to take me to collections, when I finally called her and explained that I had already given her my information. She said, "oh I forgot..nevermind the balance due...my mistake." No kidding. Then I found out from a second opinion that I needed to have an old filling replaced, because my tooth was nearly decaying. On top of this, they replaced another filling, which continues to have pain today.
