I've been a patient of Dr. Sahatchi for 3 years and am very happy. Not only is he a skilled dentist, but he also gives honest evaluations of the situation and is always happy to try and avert a costly procedure if at all possible.
About Front Desk: The staff is also very friendly and last, but not least, when you have an appointment, they actually honor it instead of still making you wait for hours like almost every other office in town.

I have been a patient of Dr. Saghatchi for over 7 years. I cant say enough good things about them. As a patient, myself, I always have a great visit. Any work that I have needed done (which has been minimal) is always promptly taken care of and the price has always been fair.

the dr. was slick, rehearsed and pushy, talked me into a treatment that i did not want. had a lot of pain that resulted and he did not take it seriously. years later i have ongoing problems with the dental work that he did. i would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Dr. Saghatchi was very gentle, knowladgable, in educating me to choose an Implant tooth vs a Brigde for tooth replacing. He did my Implant in less than a hour and I went to do my daily arrons right after. This was a pleasant experience and i recomend him to anybody.

Went in as a new patient with my HMO. I am not familiar with dental terminology. I was told that I needed a fair amount of dental work done. I agreed but was not told that the options the Dr chose for me were the most expensive available. The Dr only performed work on me that was not covered by my HMO in order so he can charge his full price and have me pay out of pocket. If you call the office, they will not give you a fee quote for any procedure like other honest offices do. They convince you to come in for an exam an x-rays even if you've told them you just had an exam and x-ray done a week ago and just want a price quote. The Dr did 3 quadrants of deep cleaning, 2 crowns, 5 fillings, and a full mouth x-ray in 3 hours. No quality dentist can do all this work in 3 hours without sacrificing the quality of work performed. Dr. Saghatchi chose to do Captek crowns for me even though I specified that I wanted the crowns that are covered by my dental plan. He told me that they cover it and my out of pocket is $764 when in fact they don't cover a penny so the whole cost came from my pocket. The next business day I told him I don't want those crowns but he refused to change my order at the lab and threatened to charge me more.
