I read good reviews about Dr. Suzman and was very excited to go. However my first visit I left not so enthusiatic and thrilled about the experience. It was average, or less. The office is very nice and modern, and the equipment is high tech, he wasn't pushy the way some dentist are, at least seemingly. But still I found his approach to not be in tune with absolutely caring for my well being and teeth but rather more for his wallet. That left me feeling very unhappy and anxious about all the decisions that I was coerced into making because I felt threatened that if I didn't proceed my teeth would be worse off. He's very business, and I guess some people might like that, but I wanted a more personal relationship with my dentist, since he will be working in my mouth, and I just did not get that comfortable feeling about Dr. Suzman. He just did not make genuine effort, and in the end he was just another OC dentist looking to make money and not really caring about the patient. Which is what my concern is. Cosmetics aside...however I can't speak for his work. He rarely spent any time with me, it was always his assistants. In the end I have found a new dentist and super happy I did not continue with Dr. Suzman.
