Dr.feffer is good until the dental work is started.once he starts he knows he is getting I went in as a cash up front patient for dentures I left trusting him he said looks got home smiled in front of mirror and I couldn't see any teeth they were so small my six year old had bigger teeth when I called him he said come back once he saw THEM he said oh my they are small and that was that he gave me 5year run around app.after appointment then I get the news my five year coverage on them were up he couldn't do anywork on them unless I paid him again the right size perfect ones he held in his hand saying they will be here when I get the two grand there mind that sob is nothing but a rip off $@$& him

Incompetent supervision. Does not stand behind his office's work. Feffer is extremely pompous and would not answer patient questions after admitted failed procedure. Staff made mistakes which were not corrected and were ignored by Feffer who apparently is a front man/saleman. After a malpractice by staff and Feffer, Feffer continued to act without concern for welfare of patient and ignored patient's concerns. Also, overcharges by 10x on certain procedures and refused to address billing errors. Apparently uses his staff to write glowing online reviews.

Dr. Feffer- well, it seemed he is only into very expensive and elaborated (needless to say un-needed mostly) treatments for every little problem; Every needed filling is blown to be a needed crown, root canal, post, core buildup; with the blown up costs attached to it.
For the work he has already done- he does not take responsibility; but suggests further work to be done.
I never feel good being around so called professionals who see only Dollar signs, and not real patients.

Friendly professional office. Will bill insurance. Dr. Feffer explains everything and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office.

Proffessional friendly office. Knowledgeable insurance biller. Never a problem with my bill/insurance payment. Receptionist is wonderful. Will work you in or call you if they get a cancellation. Dental Assistants make you feel at ease and Dr. Feffer is easygoing and proffessional. Will only give you needed treatment. Expects high quality service from his employees. That is exacticly what you recieve.
About Hygienist: Laura-very caring and understanding. Gives you advice on how to keep your teeth healthy. I took her advice and my gums are the healthiest they have ever been. She doesn't make you feel bad if you have not been to the DDS in a while. Once you go to her you will not have to dread your check ups.

I needed a partial and I needed one quickly. After online research I found Dr Feffer, From the 1st call onward I was impressed with the staff and care recv'd.
It was affordable and there was no pressure or negative feelings. I am highly impressed with the care I recv'd

At first I was unsure who to pick out as a dentist thinking they will act as though needless work will be required. After 7 years going to him, I felt very comfortable with him and believed in his honestly. He never made me feel I was ever taken advantage of. He has been great even though I still question work done. He is always happy to explain and show me what needs to be performed. I highly recommend going to him.
About Hygienist: Laura is great. She is very detailed oriented. I always felt she gave me the best cleaning ever.

Dr. Feffer and staff are very friendly and will work with you on taking care of your teeth or what work you need done.

Dr. Feffer is a wonderful and professional dentist. Though nobody enjoys going to the dentist he made it as pain free as possible.
