Dr Kozak has gone out of his way to fit me in with appointments. I live outside the USA and only return for short periods of time and have always been able to get a checkp. When the hygienist is not available when I am in town Dr. Kozak has taken care of me personally. And he's a really nice person.

I love this dental office. Crystal in the front is awesome with her reminder calls 1 to 2 days before appointment. She is a wonderful person with a welcoming personaility.
I have not had much need to have dental work done by Dr Kozak but I love my hygenist that I see all the time. My husband has had work done by Dr Kozak and been very pleased.
We highly reccoemend this office for dental services.
About Hygienist: I love Laurie one of the Dental Hygenists in the office. She is very gentle, thorough and pleasant during my visits.

My family has been going to Dr. Kozak for over 15 years. He and his staff are very professional, friendly, and patient! I have had numerous crowns and fillings over the years and I have always been very satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Kozak works well with children of all agess too. Just the other day I was leaving for vacation and my tooth started to ache, I called the office in a panic and they fit me in! Dr. Kozak and his staff worked through their lunch to get the problem fixed.
I could CRY they are SO NICE!!!
His staff is of the highest quality. Krystal the Office manager is always very friendly and professional. She will work with you to get the best date and time for an appt as well as discuss Insurance issues with a smile. The Oral
Hygienists are also very good at what they do. My entire family has been very pleased with their cleanings and x rays.
Fun Fact: His office has a Humphrey Bogart theme, Jazz playing in the back ground and water bottles available at all times. Couldnt say enough nice things about Dr. Kozak. and his staff. I wish him many lovely new clients that match his standard of excellence!

I have a had a check-up, two fillings, and a few deep cleans done.
All together it was good experience. However, they had a lot of new equipment that may not be necessary so I think it was more costly then it should have been.

I am a huge scardy cat when it comes to the dentist and this is the first one who hasn't made me feel stupid or cry from pain. If I do start feeling pain I just let him know and he calmly stops and gives me more stuff. I have really sensitive teeth and lots of anxiety about the dentist but not when I am here! I would recomend him to any and everyone!!!

Dr. Kozak and his staff our very nice and go out of their way to help. I had an abcessed tooth on a Satuday evening and left a message with the answering service. Dr. Kozak returned my call within 15 minutes and phone in a prescription to a pharmacy. Then he met me at his office on Sunday morning to drain my tooth! The charge for this was not very expensive and saved me a lot of pain and suffering. Dr. Kozak does excellent work and is great with children as well. My daughter has seen him since she was three and really likes him!

Dr Kzak has been my families dentist for years. His skill as a dentist is very high and his staff is extremely curtious, friendly and professional.

He is a nice dentist and the staff is really eay to talk to. Office is updated but I really want them to have better eqmt. State of the art eqmt IMO.
