root canal was very successful, the office is nice, the location is good, she runs the office herself and sometimes that be a distraction when she answers the phone, sometimes didn't tell me when w=she was going to be out of the room for a while which caused a little worry, but the whole procedure worked out very well and the cost was good due to insurance help.

I had a root canal treatment with Dr. Chan. Since that treatment I am in pain for 6 months, have multiple adjustment for the crown that she insisted to get ASAP. Got TMJ since the crown constantly shifted. Its a horrible experience. Don't recommend her to anyone. She cant diagnose me and identify why I am still in pain. I paid $1290 for the root canal out of my pocket. I evaluate that treatment as a complete disaster.

Update! This is a follow up for my initial review of Dr. Chan. I went to another endo for a retreat of a Dr. Chan did on me. Guess what? Dr. Chan failed to remove one of roots. Not only did she leave one of the roots but she failed widen the canals. Incredibly unprofessional and poor work. For your health and safety, please choose another endo.

I was treated like a cow being readied for market. Went in for a root canal with an infection. No inquiries about my condition. Just a ton of x-rays, filing, filling, and then sent me on my way. Not even a script for antibiotics. 2 weeks after procedure I called to say the area was still sore and swollen. I was offered a script for Vicodin (which I declined as pain was not the issue. tenderness and swelling were) and was told to wait it out. So surprise! 2 months have passed, the infection is still raging. And frankly so am I. I am going elsewhere for an eval and retreat. Would never set foot back into this office, even at the point of a gun.
