I had severe dentist anxiety and was referred to Dr. Basiago many years ago. He was the best and continues to be. I never hesitate to refer friends and coworkers to this office. His front office staff are always helpful. This is a small office and very welcoming. I've had two crowns put in and they were amazingly painless procedures, too.
The facilities are not "spa-like" but that's not what I want from a dental office. They're totally clean and always seem to be improving the equipment.
About Hygienist: Mary is gentle and kind. She provides great feedback on the condition of my teeth and how to make little improvements. Let the hygienist know if you're dental-phobic ahead of time and they really do take extra care!

Kind and patient. Takes the time to explain your treatment. I've never felt rushed through the office. I've never had any problems with the work he's done.
The staff in his office are always friendly and helpful.
The best thing: I NEVER have to wait. I show up for my appointment and go right in!
About Hygienist: Mary is GREAT! Always on time. I've had others clean my teeth and my mouth hurt afterwards, but don't have this problem since Mary has been cleaning my teeth! They feel so clean afterwards.

Dr. Basiago is one of those rare finds that you would recommend without reservation to a good friend. A recent procedure to repair a chipped front tooth with a cosmetic bonding procedure was masterfully done and exceeded my expectations in every way.
The doctor's gentle manner is always calming and extremely helpful as is the attitude of his delightful staff.
In my view, the quality of Dr. Basiago's work is the artfull result of a extremely compassionate and caring professional who cares deeply for his patients. We have entrusted our family's oral health to this fine denist for close to 20 years and will continue to do so.

Extremely friendly, family-type atmosphere. Dr. is very patient and calming. Staff is excellent - warm and cheerful. It's obvious that they like what they do.
