I found the exam rooms to be filthy with dust with old supplies. There was no where to rinse my mouth or spit. During my dental work, a suction device was left in my mouth to collect saliva. My thoughts during my treatment were, I hope they sterilized the equipment. I liked Dr. Hillinger and will know if his work is good as time goes on or when I see a new dentist.. Another problem was he allowed his staff (Julie) to make a extremely small financial decision ($10.00)for him when I directly asked him the question. She interjected and I found her to be defensive/rude and overall cheap. (Probably why the exam rooms were so dirty. No cleaning service). I checked out other dentists in the same building and their rooms were spotless. I will not be returning. They are losing thousands of dollars in business with me, over a $10.00 dispute.

I have been going to this office for dental treatment for nearly 20 years. Prior to Dr. David taking great care of me, his dad, Paul was my dentist (until he retired). Well, like father, like son! I have a long-time fear of dental work (I suffer from a bad experience as a young child). But there is no fear or pain in the service provided by Dr. Hillinger. I highly reccomend their very professional care.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Hillinger for 14 years and we go back for the hygenists. The hygenists are friendly and get the job done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, Dr. Hillinger loves to talk and talk way too much that you tend to fall asleep. Also, you sit in the waiting room for like 30 minutes watching a boring nature video. Then, he checks you out and most of the time it is a waste of your time, but one time he referred me to aperiodontics and he recommended someone who was good.

Dr. David provided superior care in all regard. He has treated my entire family with superior results. He explained all procedures before starting, is very conservative with pain management meds...he gave me the option of doing a filling with out a local and it proved to be the best way for me. The novacaine would have been more painful than the proceedure.
The hygienist is gentle and does a super job. she made me feel very comfortable.
The front desk provides kind and professional service.
