First of all, NO ONE is friendly at this place. Receptionist off wandering around, sat in dental chair for half hour before seeing dr, hygienist barely said hello, dr. not caring nor friendly, no relationship building skills at all- she should not be in the patient care industry. I was only being seen to have one cavity filled and I had to be at the office for over two hours. As soon as she started on me, another asst came into the room to tell her that someone else was ready- Tavares response "It's going to be a while." She didn't care that other people have lives too and she just left the other patient waiting- for an hour! That is not okay. I will not be back. Not to mention, she dropped the mirror on me, the floor, etc. numerous times, commented to the hygienist that the materials she was using looked outdated and they should order more cavity filler asap, etc. Overall terrible experience. She didn't even drill the filling down smooth so it's super annoying in my mouth. When she tried to floss between, she couldn't because she had used too much filling. Terrible, terrible!
About Hygienist: umm no clue what the name was- she was not friendly either! I felt like I was a burden to these people. I am sorry for BUYING MY TIME!
