The office staff speaks to you condescendingly if you call to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Dr. Brown overall is a good dentist,however, him and his dental assistants converse a little too much during procedures.

So that you are aware, I am a huge dental CHICKEN, I have had previous bad experiences as a child, so I had not been to the dentist since I was twelve years old. My sister referred me to Dr Brown when I was thirty-two years old, and I reluctantly decided to put my toe in the water and get my first cleaning in twenty years. My cleaning was with Mary Anne, who is by the way the greatest! I then met Dr Brown who, in addition to being a very, very talented dentist whos quality care and painless style of giving Novocain shots, has thankfully put my fears at ease and has taken dentistry off of my list of things to loathe, he has a very fun sense of humor which immediately puts his patients at ease. Ladies, his handsome face and beautiful blue eyes dont hurt either! Dr Browns office is very clean and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. I have been going for regular six-month cleanings and care since, without fear. Thank you Dr Brown for helping me to get back to keeping up with my healthy smile! ~ Very sincerely, one of your patients.

Procedures: bi-annual teeth cleaning & exam; xrays; fillings; crowns. Dentist very technically proficient & great chairside manner (explains procedures in layman's terms). Dental assistants very experienced & friendly. Dental hygienist very experienced & friendly (Dentist is also excellent at teeth cleaning as well). Front desk staff very helpful. In the Blue Shield network so reasonable copays. Bills insurance for you.

Dr. Brown and his staff provide the best care in the area. They are all pleasant, caring, and very informative. They work with your individual needs in order to provide you with excellent dental procedures and affordable expenses. I have been to many dental offices and know that they are a "cut above". I would rather go to them at an "out-of-pocket" discounted rate than go to a clinic environmental office. I have taken my kids to Dr. Brown to extract teeth, fillings and have had Dr. Brown do my crowns and veneers. Going to him is an almost enjoyable experience and virtually painless.
I recommend his office to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.
