Took BF to Dentist. He was in pain and needed attention. He told Doctor to do ONLY what the insurance would cover. Office assistant came in and started with the Hard Sell. BF insisted that he was only going with what insurance will cover and they will cover extraction if necessary. Dr. Mehta told him that if he went against the dentist recommendation, insurance would not cover anything and he would need to pay cash. BUT if he agreed to an new implant for $3,000.... or a crown for $2,000. .. Then no problem. Sign Here for the financing.... I said we will think about it and we got out of there. Went home and called the insurance company and lodged a formal complaint for coersion and fraud. Have a new dentist that we are happy with. AVOID this less than ethical office.

I have received top notch care from this office and the best customer service from Megan and Teresa...they are the bomb!! They make sure you feel good about yourself and I would recommend this office to anyone that wants great care at a great cost!! They treat you with respect and do their best to make your feel comfortable!!! I have never felt any pain from treatment or billing. You will really like this office!!!

I was very dissapointed it was like going to a car dealership started giving me Xrays and taking pictures of all my teeth never once asking me for what all this would cost doctor quan came in did an examination the person who tells you how much is cost was also in the room instructed staff to examine every tooth not area that was infected came back about 15 minutes later to inform me that I needed periodontal root scaling on both quads and it would cost $1080.00 and if I needed additional bridge work would be an additional $4,000.00 I told here I could'nt afford those prices she said I really need to get the one quad done and it would cost around $465.00 I had no choice I was in a lot of pain the dr. gave me anesthetic and right before he started the work the person who does the billing said she needed me to sign the authorization form which was for $565.00 not $465.00 I've been coming to Dr. Mehta for over 20 years and never experienced what experienced today tomorrow I will ask for an itemized bill BEWARE make sure you asks what it will cost before the Xrays by the way I'm a cash patient I did ask for dental plan but the person doing the billing informed it would cost more with the plan go figure

The doctors at Dr. Mehta's are very professional and down to earth. I was very happy with my cosmetic bonding on my two front teeth. I highly recommend him.I was seen by Dr. Terra he is highly experienced and patient, cosmetics are his expertise! If you are considering any kind of dental treatment, go see Dr. Terra for a free consultation.

The office is not very clean. It took 3 1/2 hours to fill 2 teeth and 4 visits of impressions until my crown was made correct. They constantly have new dentists coming and going. They have dental assistants who are doing DDS work and should not be.
Overall bad expeience and alot of time spent, 3-4 hour visits!

I had a bad experience there. They showed bad attitudes. Try to over charge you. I did a crown there. The crown's not fit well with my gum margin. They didn't want to fix it. I don't recommend anyone going there. Feel doctors are not qualified there. Just front desk people are nice.
