I had a lot of work done and it was more expensive than the previous dentists I had. I thought she was doing a good job till I had the bridge. The root canal she insisted I have to have redone to prevent infection got infected as soon as the bridge was put on it, but she told me everything was done properly and that happens regardless... She told me the only way to fix it was to remove the bridge, extract the infected tooth and put implants or a 4-tooth bridge... about $10,000 total, after I just wasted half of that - on now worthless bridge and root canal.
She did not want to do a tooth extraction to clean the infection and put it back as it is practiced by holistic dentists, she told me it's not going to work, and no, she would not even give me a discount, even if I chose to fix it with her knowing her advice resulted in a lot of wasted time, pain and money to say the least.
After, I have consulted 5 other dentists and had full mouth X-rays, I got another shocker -- the bridge was not properly fitted, which likely caused the root of the tooth to split. The material used in the bridge was poor grade since it has caved, and all, ALL of the crowns she has done within 6 years need to be replaced!!!

I'be been coming to Dr. M for 10 years. Ever since I was 8 years old, I've been treated amazingly. I never stress about going to the dentist, as its actually fun. I've had a few procedures (root canals, cavity fillings, etc) with no pain at all. I'd give an over all 5 stars!

Dr. Munteanu is a top-notch dentist with a heart of gold. Not only does she pride herself on gentle dentistry, but she treats her patients with kindness and warmth. She is the best dentist I've ever had and I have sent many friends & family to her, and they continue to use her services. A friend of ours had his front teeth redone with esthetic front teeth crowns and they turned out fabulous! He looks 10 years younger and smiles more now than ever before. Dr. M is the Queen of Dentistry!

Dr. Munteanu, Has been my dentist for 5 years now and has been very good. My wife was a big chicken when we first sarted going. I had to go with her eveytime. After 2 appointments with Dr. M she no longer needs me. Dr. M is very comforting and reassuring. Her hygenist Mary does most of my cleaning. She is alos very nice and gentle. They had had a change in the front office now. Im still getting used to that. Not sure if I like the new office person, or the why she runs the front office. So far not happy with her. The old front office person Radu was very easy to work with and always plesent.
So to some it up Dr. M great, Mary the hygentist great. New front office person gonna drive folks away I think.

I've been a patient of Dr. Munteanu for over four years now, and I've been extremely satisfied with the care I receive when I visit her. Before I was referred to her, I had visited two other dentists in less than one year. However, neither of them detected the 7 cavities I had. After Dr. Munteanu took my X-rays, she skillfully detected the cavities that everyone else missed! Not only did she help me deal with the shock of knowing the state of my teeth by answering all my questions and by being a good listener, she also was very gentle during the procedures. I normally get very nervous when it comes to shots and anesthetic, but she has helped me overcome the fear by putting me at ease during the procedures. I am also very impressed with the friendliness of her staff, and find her clinic to be always well-maintained and very clean. In a few words, Dr. Munteanu is the best dentist ever!
