Dr. Sawyer and his staff are the best around! Not only is the office comfortable and welcoming, but the care is top-notch. His receptionists are very knowledgable and will work with you as best as possible to accommodate your schedule. His hygeinists are friendly and thorough and Dr. Sawyer himself is so wonderful. He greets most patients with a hug and a warm welcome, makes you feel at ease and clearly explains things to you when discussing your oral health. I live in San Jose but still drive up to Los Altos just because I know Dr. Sawyer and crew will take such great care of me. I can't recommend him enough!!

Dr. Sawyer and his entire staff have everything going for them: understanding, professionalism, the "whatever we can do for you" attitude and outstanding results. Dr. Sawyer had been cleaning my teeth and then I needed to have a front crown replaced. We discussed an implant, I checked around for pricing and came back to start the process. He recommended an awesome surgeon and they worked together to ensure the process, procedures and outcome were amazing. Dr Sawyer is by far one of the best in the South Bay Area. He takes his time, and will not over sell you on treatments you do not need. I have talked to other people who have used him and they all love him, and they would never think of going to any one else. You never have to worry about asking him questions as he will take the time to address your concerns.

Two fillings last year, several cleanings. Dentist and hygienist have excellent chair-side manners. Don't know if they measure pocket depth because the hygienist doesn't say. I've been to others that consistently measured, called out and recorded pocket depths.

Dr. Sawyer and his staff have a way of making you feel welcome and at ease. They are efficient- you're called in at the time of your appointment rather than having to wait around. The receptionist, Cindy, always has a smile on her face, as do the hygienists' and you can tell they really care about their patients. The cost for exams is reasonable and the office staff deals directly with the insurance company so you don't have to worry about submitting claims or any other paperwork. Dr. Sawyer takes time to visit with each patient for every visit. He makes himself or his on-call team available after hours and even gives his personal numbers to those who need to reach him. You can tell that Dr. Sawyer and his staff are committed to your oral health as well as making you feel valued as a client and respected as a patient. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a practice that truly cares about their patients.

I have been going to Dr. Sawyer since I was a little girl and he is the best of the best! He makes you comfortable, he is funny and he is a GREAT DENTIST. I don't even live in the area anymore, but I fly home to still go to him. I can't imagine every having another dentist! He's that good!

Our family of four, has been using Dr. Sawyer for close to ten years (a guess). His work, his choice of staff, his office all exhibit the high standards of a very competent professional that is a caring respectful human being.
I personally enjoy the kind personal chit-chat that happens between Kevin and other patients as they come and go, while I am waiting.

I went to Dr. Kevin Sawyer for about 10 years, then moved down to South San Jose, so drifted among 3 other local dentists looking for someone good (and had a horror story at one). Finally, I went back to Dr. Sawyer, and am so glad I did. The long drive is worth it.
My wife (recently married) goes to Dr. Sawyer as well. After being told she needed 10 teeth redone at one dentist, and 6 at another dentist. Dr. Sawyer replaced fillings in 2 of her teeth and is watching the rest carefully. She hates going to the dentist, but likes Dr. Sawyer's office and treatment and doesn't mind going (not too much anyway...).
Dr. Sawyer is very friendly, relaxing, very knowledgeable, and very professional. Highly recommended if you can get in to see him, as many other long time customers stay with him!

I've been going to Dr. Sawyer for several years now. I recommend him to my family and friends because he won't sell you products and treatments you don't need. He is very personable, his staff are great, and I highly recommend him!
