I ve been coming to this office for a little over a year, and can't say enough good things. I absolutely love Dr. Benjamin, Larisa and the staff. I had some concerns about my smile and thought that veneers may be a good treatment option for me. I was surprised to learn that actually the best treatment was braces. I thought it was very honest of Dr. Benjamin to give me that option, especially because she doesn't even do orthodontics and had to refer me to another doctor.
Her staff is very friendly and helpful . Larisa is simply the best hygienist i have ever had! Strongly recommend this doctor!

I had the same negative experience as the previous review. It is unfortnate that I did not find this review site prior to my office visit.
I went in for a regular cleaning and was told that I had deep pockets and needed deep scaling cleaning, and the hygienist wanted to being work immediately, yelling out that she needed my 'financials'. I explained that I only wanted the regular cleaning for now, and she continued to tell me how advanced my gum condition was and that I had bacteria infested in my mouth and that she had never seen such an advanced case in such a young individual. She told me that I obviously skip on brushing and flossing (when in reality, I brush a minimum of three times a day and floss regularly).
She spent so much time trying to sell me on the deep cleaning, that I ended up with no time for the regular cleaning. She explained to me that she would only be able to do a very surface cleaning because another patient was waiting. I was billed for the cleaning, but the job was far from thorough.
And it was painful! My mouth was sore for a week after the brutal 'surface cleaning' that I received.
I have since received a second opinion-I am happy to report that my gums&teeth are in fact very healthy

HORRIBLE!!! Worst dentist experience of my life. Went in to have a filling replaced with Dr. Benjamin...a week and a half later my tooth is still sensitive to hot and cold & my jaw is sore and in constant pain. The next day after getting my filling replaced I went in for a cleaning. The hygenist diagnosed me with early stages of paradontal disease, telling me that I had "four 6 inch pockets" and that I needed a "deep clean" procedure which would cost nearly $800. She of course wanted to get started right away.When I told her I wasn't ready she proceeded to give me the most painful "cleaning" of my life". She ripped my gums apart while she lectured me.I went for a second opinion at a highly recommended dentist who told me my gums were in great shape....and that I had nothing to worry about!!! Also, one of the receptionists at Dr. Benjamin's office tried to charge me a fee when I came back to obtain the X-RAYS which I paid for!! COMPLETE NIGHTMARE...AVOID AT ALL COST. ALSO BEWARE THEY HAVE A
$150 cancellation fee.
