Friendly, caring staff who knows me by name. Fun, cheerful atmosphere. Excellent view! Dr. Burnett finds an amazing balance between being a professional and being fun, warm and caring. All procedures are explained fully and my needs as a patient are always heard and considered. State of the art equipment and a dentist who is extremely talented go a long way toward making me feel confident and comfortable. Dr. Burnett is somehow able to make this dental chicken feel more and more comfortable at each visit ... Los Angeles Dental Arts ( DR. Ted Burnett) is the best.

The receptionist is warm, helpful & friendly. The assistant is nice & attentive. Dr. B. is awesome, informative and great at his skill. Overall, this is by far the most pleasant office I have been to. Thank you staff! My son & I appreciate you.. I love going there

How many ways can I use the word great.. The staff , the location, the presentation, The treatment results were all great. For my needs Dr Theodore Burnett ( Los Angeles Dental Arts ) is simply incredible. Professionally... I love everything about him.

The office is really clean, bright, and not scary at all. The staff is very warm, inviting and understanding. The dental hygienist is very gentle and I love that she uses the numbing gel, it really makes a world of difference. Veronica Glaze

Dr Burnett is simply the best. He truly cares about the patient and can talk about any subject. I find this really relaxing. If I said he is truly the best I have ever known it would still be an understatement. He and his staff are outstanding.

This guy and his whole operation is just great.... From the moment I arrive until the time I leave I ( including treatment time )

Poor representation/poor performance. This Dentist seriously inconvenienced me. Several returned visits. Never properly perform dental work. Ineffectiveness, forced me to re-pay another Dentist to get relief. Huge amts. of cement left from an expensive Onlay porc. cerm - three surf root canal precedure-- (Disgusting). Suffered too much discomfort/ pain. Too expensive. I would not recommend this dentist to others.
About Hygienist: Poor treatment/ Expensive--periodontal scaling/root planing.

Dr. Burnett is by far the dentist whom I have been most comfortable with when in the chair. His office suite is beautiful and high tech. Staff is caring and comptent. Dr. Burnett takes time to explain what he is doing to what ever detail level I care to know. I drive 50 miles to his office. I appreciate his early morning and Saturday scheduling to accomodate me.

Do not Pay In Cash - TooTrusting - 2007-07-12
This dentist procrastinates when it comes to rendering timely service. You should only pay him for his services as they are rendered or completed. I pre-paid for dental orthodontic services well over a month ago (now it's going into the 2nd month) and I'm still waitng for dentures. On my last appointment (prior to posting this review), his office phoned me (whilest in route to him) to informed me the dentures hadn't arrived and "they didn't want me to make a wasted trip" ! Now I'm told he's gone on vacation for 3weeks (out of the country)! The dental receptionist stated my dentures were at the office. I then requested to pick them up ( along with the last set of xrays), so that I could take them to a dental provider in my network. I was denied this request!!! Read between the lines people.... I believe my dentures have never been made !!! PLEASE, go thru your insurance plan or you too will be at his mercy!!!!!

Dr. Burnett is a very caring and understanding dentist. I have had a phobea of dentist for as long as I can remember, but he and his staff made me very relaxed. I truly enjoy going to the dentist now and have referred friends and family members to him.
